Overview Nykredit wanted to develop a future-oriented, high performing partner portal that would provide the tools and information needed by customer advisors selling mortgage loans and base the portal on what would become a new common infrastructure for all future Web-based applications. Nykredit deployed a portal based on BEA WebLogic Server 8.1, BEA WebLogic Portal 8.1, and BEA WebLogic Integration 8.5 facilitates the SOA initiatives with standards and allows new products to be brought to market fast through Nykredit's multi-channel strategy. The portal is key to connecting the financial world. It will reduce time-to-market as well as reduce cost in systems development, maintenance, and administration.
