Agile Intranet Increases Productivity and Reduces Costs

Overview The Swiss National Accident Insurance Association (Schweizerische Unfallversicherungsanstalt, SUVA) identified the implementation of a flexible Intranet as a strategic challenge. A powerful Single Sign-on Platform based on BEA WebLogic Portal would save time and expense in the back office. Besides streamlining administration and development, it also makes Suva a more agile, dependable, and cost-effective insurance organization. The platform offers a personalized entry into approximately 30 integrated applications. All information is now forwarded directly and selectively. This excludes sources of error, reduces redundancies, and increases productivity in the back office. The portal also simplifies the future expansion of systems as a development platform.
