BEA Systems Case Study: Wells Fargo

Overview Wells Fargo wanted to transform its Private Client Services (PCS) business from product-centric to relationship-centric to help the bank deepen its relationships with its most valuable customers. The bank implemented a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) on BEA WebLogic Platform, and deployed the Client Link portal as the front door into the SOA for its bankers. Client Link provides a consolidated, 360ยบ view into all customer data. As a result Wells Fargo PCS bankers are better able to serve customers, leading directly to new sales and improved customer satisfaction, and resulting in higher margins and increased profitability for the Wells Fargo PCS business.
