Polaris World Supports Rapid Business Growth and Centralizes Operations With Integrated, Scalable Solution

Overview Polaris World wanted to create an IT infrastructure that can support the company's rapid growth, geographical expansion, and diverse business activities and manage a high volume of complex operations with minimal errors and within tight deadlines. The challenge was to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the management of 63 companies in a vertical, decentralized organization and adopt a robust, scalable, high-quality IT infrastructure that is, easy to implement within a short timeframe. Polaris World worked with Oracle Partner Abast Group to implement Oracle E-Business Suite applications to control the company's purchases, inventories, accounting records, and reporting and deployed Oracle E-Business Suite applications to 80% of Polaris World's management, which includes 1,200 users.
