Grange Insurance Improves Operational Performance With Input Management Console From EMC Captiva
Overview Founded in 1935, Grange Insurance is a leading financial services company delivering insurance products to independent agents nation-wide. As Grange expanded its service and product offerings, it needed a system that could help centralize the disparate types of content used in insurance applications and claims - content that ranged from paper forms to photographs, to audio tapes. Although many software companies were touting application monitoring, few met Grange's requirements to provide continuous monitoring of both the technology and the Grange business products. After several years of searching and a 30 day proof-of-concept, Grange implemented Captiva's Input Management Console (IMC) to monitor its ECM applications for both its IT and business unit teams.
