Singapore's Link Hotel Offers Guests a Historic Ambience, Complemented by Advanced Communication Services
Overview Designing Link Hotel was a challenge from the beginning due to its heritage status, which imposed certain constraints on how the site could be changed. Working to refurbish the two buildings that now make up the hotel, the renovation team knew it had to work within those limits, while still providing modern voice, data and eventually pay TV infrastructure. After enquiring extensively with existing customers of both companies, however, it became clear that Nortel was the solution of choice. Working with Nortel integrator EmiNET Pte Ltd, Link Hotel was able to design and implement a modern telephony environment based on a Nortel Meridian Option 11C PBX.
