Overview Villanova University was founded in 1842 by priests and brothers of the Order of St. Augustine. Villanova has more than 6,000 students, of which 97 percent of first year students graduated in the top 30 percent of their high school classes. The University wanted to enhance the academic experience of Villanova students with technology while standardizing the Villanova campus to a reliable hardware platform that is simple to configure and manage and provides the exact features needed. Villanova University deployed offered a Dell notebook purchase program to all students and faculty as well as a Dell notebook lease program that provides systems to students in specified curriculums.
