Overview Premier European Telecom wanted to upgrade Siebel 2000 to Siebel 7.7 CRM Web platform with minimal impact on business operations and maximize productivity of customer agents to help ensure customer satisfaction. The challenge was to minimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Premier European Telecom deployed Cisco for Applications/Siebel platform including: Cisco 11506 Content Services Switch (CSS) solutions in the data center for high availability, scalability, and server off-load of SSL and compression processing.
