To comply with federal regulations and improve administrative and teacher access to student records, the district needed to revamp its data warehouse strategy. Kenton County School District standardized on dual-core Intel Xeon processor - based Dell PowerEdge servers running the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 operating system and AssessMart data warehousing software; deploy 3,500 Dell OptiPlex desktops and 500 Dell Latitude notebooks.
