Building Services Firm Improves Data Exchange With Office Business Application
Overview Cooperativa Architetti e Ingegneri Reggio Emilia Progettazione (CAIREPRO) is well known in Italy's structural engineering industry. The company provides Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) services to private and public organizations. The complex information used in the AEC industry led CAIREPRO to find a solution for accessing and exchanging architectural specifications, financial information, and data saved in specialized software applications. The company also wanted to provide employee access to the data from the 2007 Microsoft Office system, particularly from Office Excel 2007 spreadsheet software. To accomplish this, CAIREPRO deployed eXcellent, an Office Business Application (OBA) from Gruppo STR, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. With the OBA, employees can more easily access and manipulate data and exchange information with customers, suppliers, and partners.
