Overview With 840 branches, Banco Nossa Caixa is one of the top 10 banks in Brazil. To achieve its growth objectives, and empower local and regional managers, the bank needed to unlock operational data trapped in legacy systems and deliver it to employees throughout the bank. Previously, this data was only available to a few executives. Nossa Caixa chose a business intelligence solution that includes Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to consolidate operational data, and Microsoft Office Professional Enterprise Edition 2003 to deliver, organize, and display that data over the Web to 2,000 employees, including managers and decision makers.
