Overview jNetX develops and markets the key service components of programmable SS7 and Internet Protocol (IP) networks. jNetX wanted to continue it's growth levels of more than 200% in 2007 and expand customer base globally and focus resources on innovation and product development. The challenge was to grow reputation as a key player in next-generation service delivery and increase market leadership and raise profile by Gartner as an "On-the-rise" company for event-based application platforms. jNetX migrated from homegrown, embedded in-memory database to Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database to maximize latency, stability, performance under load, and high availability as well as chose Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database for its ease of configuration, which allows system integrators and operators to build end-user solutions on less expensive hardware.
