TechNet Webcast: How Microsoft IT Implements System Center Operations Manager 2007 (Level 300)
Overview As a first step in building an end-to-end solution, Microsoft IT used System Center Operations Manager 2007 to consolidate two of its largest management groups into one group, the Enterprise Monitoring Team (EMT). This webcast shows how Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, the next generation of Microsoft Operations Management and successor to MOM 2005, significantly changes the way that EMT monitors its operations. The presenter shows how new templates and improved management pack design enable group managers to adjust their monitoring definitions and configurations without having to depend on EMT specialists.
