Overview Groupama Phoenix is one of Greece's leading insurance companies, distributing a diverse product line through a network of 350 agents, 930 brokers, and a team of 80 insurance advisors. Groupama Phoenix wanted to implement a stable, highly available data infrastructure with the ability to seamlessly scale to support future business needs and optimize performance and stability of IT systems to ensure critical business continuity. The challenge was to enhance customer service by enabling authorized personnel to access customer data more rapidly and creates a rapid, one-stop solution for technical issues. Groupama Phoenix deployed Oracle Real Application Clusters to create a highly available and scalable data infrastructure that enables rapid and seamless additions of new users and applications.
