Overview Bank Asya provides a wide range of banking products and services to retail, corporate and commercial customers in Turkey. Bank Asya wanted to integrate multiple databases to create a single customer view and implement a platform-independent tool to make ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes faster and more efficient. The challenge was to improve analysis capability and allow analysts to mine data without slowing the system as well as identify errors and anomalies in databases to improve reliability and maintain data quality. Bank Asya accelerated ETL processes with Oracle Data Integrator by 400%, cutting processing time from two days to four hours. It also improved analysis capability dramatically due to improved data availability and quality.
