Nacional Monte de Piedad Consolidates Financial Information and Achieves Visibility Among Branches
Overview Monte de Piedad wanted to implement a financial system with a flexible IT infrastructure to make accounting information consistently visible among the different branches and company's departments and integrate financial information to accelerate business processes and management decision making. The challenge was to improve the efficiency of administrative processes throughout the different branches and company's departments and make applications available in a Web environment, with low IT maintenance costs. Monte de Piedad worked with Oracle Consulting to implement Oracle's PeopleSoft applications in a flexible IT infrastructure, providing visibility throughout 152 branches and used PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management to integrate financial data, accelerating strategic management decision making.
