Employees Streamline Sales With Enhanced Access to Business Data With Microsoft
Overview Sales managers at Netherlands-based fencing and security company Heras deliver highly professional pre-sales and post-sales customer support. But for the business to remain competitive, its employees need improved access to information such as customer details, purchasing, sales, and inventory. Working with Microsoft Gold Certified Partners GAC and To-Increase, Heras plans to upgrade the solution to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0. This integrates with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, giving sales people access to the information they need from customers' sites. Orders can be generated in Microsoft Office Word 2007 and sent directly to the customer by e-mail, while management data can be made available in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 for enhanced reporting.
