Financial Institution Gains a More Detailed Overview of IT Assets and Operational Costs
Overview Garanti Technology provides information technology services to Turkish financial institutions that are part of the Doguº Group conglomerate. Administrators wanted to be able to consolidate reports from MOM 2005 and SMS 2003 to conduct detailed comparisons of system performance at different locations. Upper management wanted a way to access information about the company's assets in order to make more informed decisions about resource allocation. In December 2005, Garanti Technology deployed Microsoft System Center Reporting Manager 2006. Upper management is using the consolidated reports from MOM 2005 and SMS 2003 to launch discussions aimed at improving operations companywide and lowering total cost of ownership.
