Overview Interactive Business Information Systems, Inc., (I.B.I.S., Inc.) is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that provides business management solutions to midsize organizations, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics business software. Increasingly, the company's clients are requesting that I.B.I.S. completely manage their IT systems. To best provide this service, I.B.I.S. became an early adopter of Microsoft System Center Remote Operations Manager 2007, which it uses with Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007 to remotely monitor its customers' IT systems. The result is a greater ability to see deep into remote IT systems to understand configuration details and to diagnose potential issues before they turn into problems.
