About the Format of Pasted Information

Overview When one paste information into Microsoft Word, one can decide how it is formatted in most cases. The Paste Options button appears just below the pasted selection after one paste text. When one clicks the button, a list appears that lets one decide how the information is pasted into the document. The available options depend on the type of content one is pasting, the program one is pasting from, and the format of the text where one is pasting.
