Leading Steel Manufacturer Improves Reliability and Availability of Data Processes
Overview In an effort to share information more effectively with its parent company Arcelor, steel producer SIDMAR decided to integrate a number of its manufacturing execution systems. To achieve this, it implemented a new Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 - based solution built on the Microsoft .NET Framework. The architecture is supported by HP Proliant servers. Microsoft and HP worked together seamlessly to deliver the messaging infrastructure and provided ongoing support throughout the project.
