Wholesale and Retail Banking Product Migrated From J2EE to .NET Environment

Overview With the emergence of Microsoft .NET technologies, Infosys wanted to make Finacle eChannels/Finacle eCorporate, its Internet banking solution, available for a Microsoft .NET environment. Today, the product is based on both J2EE and .NET software with a similar application architecture and design. Based on customer feedback and existing trends, Infosys continuously makes enhancements and adds new features to the product, resulting in a new release almost once in a quarter. It can now meet the challenge of having releases in both the J2EE and .NET environment within a few days. The automated migration process has ensured that the same functional and non-functional test cases can be run for both versions of the product, avoiding duplication of effort.
