The company realized it needed to upgrade its UNIX-based software and turned to Microsoft technologies to build its next-generation practice management solution. Its new solution, ConnxtMD, is a Web-based, Microsoft .NET - connected application that is powered by a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database and runs on the Windows Server 2003 operating system.
