Follow Up on Assigned Tasks

Overview The day-to-day grind of managing an office can wear down any office manager. Delegating tasks to staff members is a necessity if one wants to maintain the sanity and keep the office running smoothly. However, one also needs to stay on top of the tasks one delegates. Asking a staff member to complete a task is not enough. One need to follow up on the tasks that one assigns to be sure the tasks are getting done. To successfully keep track of the tasks one need to follow up on, use a method that one is comfortable with and follow it faithfully.
