Overview IBM IT Facilities Assessment, Design and Construction Services - data center stored cooling solution can deliver significant operational savings from the largest user of energy that provides cooling to data center - the chiller plant, representing about one-third of the data center's total energy requirements. This stored cooling solution is designed to optimize the efficiency of equipment that is often overprovisioned and running at low utilization and efficiency.
