Create and Print Labels for a Mass Mailing

Overview When the user want to use address labels to send a mass mailing to the address list, one can use mail merge to create a sheet of address labels. Each label contains an address from the list. The mail merge process entails the following overall steps: set up the labels, connect the labels to the address list, refine the list of recipients, add placeholders, called mail merge fields, to the labels, preview and complete the merge.
