Overview Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006 is an important part of the Microsoft commitment to provide secure, anywhere access to corporate applications and data. As with previous versions, ISA Server 2006 integrates the strength of an application-layer firewall with Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, and Web-caching capabilities. This webcast examines the enhancements to this core functionality, and explores the new features introduced in ISA Server 2006. The attendee will learn about the different editions that are available and the new ISA Server 2006-based security appliances. The presenter also covers secure application publishing, the ISA 2006 Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005, and new features in ISA Server 2006 that can help to protect the branch offices.
