Overview The Tivoli Workload Scheduler Job Scheduling Console is an interface for creating, modifying, monitoring, controlling, and deleting Tivoli Workload Scheduler objects. The Job Scheduling Console (JSC) can be used to work with both the Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for z/OS and with the TWS distributed engines. The Job Scheduling Console (JSC) provides most of the capabilities of the 3270 TSO interface through an easy to interpret Graphical User Interface (GUI), and it does not require access to TSO. The JSC software comes standard with TWS for z/OS and is independent of the End-to-End function. This paper describes how to implement the JSC in a TWS for z/OS environment.
