Overview Microsoft Media Accelerator enhances the online consumer experience by enabling providers to dynamically and temporarily increase Internet connection speed for high-speed content delivery and premium services. Installed alongside network equipment on a service provider's premise, Media Accelerator enables service providers and content providers to create activity-specific high-speed services so that any customer on that network can increase bandwidth speeds to download, upload, or stream digital content.
