Customising Delivery Status Notification Messages

Overview This white paper explains how it is finally possible to easily customize both Delivery Status Notification (DSN) messages and Quota messages in Exchange 2007. The paper explains what capabilities are available and how to make the relevant configurations using the Exchange Management Shell. DSN messages exist to notify either the Exchange user or the Administrator of errors or delays that Exchange has had when delivering messages.
