Overview E-mail address policies which were known as Recipient Policies back in Exchange 2000 and 2003, define the proxy addresses that are stamped onto recipient objects in the Exchange 2007 organization. E-mail address policies are added on an organization level meaning they apply to the whole Exchange 2007 organization.
