Overview Terminal Services are obviously a key to WBS's (Workplace Benefit Solutions) continued success. It was time to find a new operating system that would secure applications and data centrally, provide more reliable home access, and serve applications robustly. When Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Paradigm IT Group suggested deploying a test application of Windows Server 2008, the decision to move forward with it was easy due to WBS's familiarity with Microsoft technologies. But other factors were also involved in the decision. Interoperability was vital, as WBS relies heavily on third-party applications to run the core of its business.
