Medical Facility Aims for Long-Term Network Care, Increases Server Performance 35%

Overview Grandvue Medical Care Facility is a 113-bed, county-owned, skilled nursing facility. They wanted to deploy a new server to act as both a domain controller and a mail server, freeing up the original server to be specifically an application server. About 150 of the facility's 250 employees rely on the network infrastructure. NMCS manually deployed Windows Server 2008 Standard on one new server. Deployment was gradual, as the facility was able to perform testing and conversion steps to comply with existing software capabilities. The solution required only one week to implement before testing commenced.
