Overview Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Small Business Edition forms the core of the Humane Wildlife Control system, running on the Windows Small Business Server 2003 operating system. The system is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0, which is used for invoicing and financial reporting and is integrated through the Microsoft Dynamics GP/Microsoft CRM connector using Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004. The primary Microsoft CRM functionality is the service management component of Microsoft CRM, which is used for scheduling and dispatching of service trucks. Lead tracking is used to record inbound calls to customer service representatives in a centralized call center. It also is used to monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services is used to produce customized dispatch reports.
