Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) for Cendant Corporation
Overview Cendant Corporation, with annual revenues of $14 billion and 85000 employees is a global provider of complementary consumer and business services, focusing primarily on travel and real estate services. The challenges for Cendant to maintain and grow their far reaching business and large number of IT solutions were: consolidation of verification and validation activities that would reduce dependencies; share and reduce infrastructure costs; economically manage resources; and create a flexible and scaleable model in line with growing needs. To address these challenges, MindTree established a centralized and consolidated testing center called Center Of Excellence (COE). Testing COE caters to all the testing requirements with an emphasis on continual process improvements, innovation and building core competencies which are easily portable to meet agile testing requirements of customers.
