Overview Rapid growth and international expansion through diverse acquisitions had increased the complexity of the enterprise. The client recognized the need to improve its business metrics through process optimization, functional integration, and increased transparency across the organization. Apart from managing interfaces with multiple applications such as GL, AP/AR, Comptroller and Regulatory, and Actuarial, the design and implementation of a solution posed several challenges, many of which were inherent given the size and scale of the operation. MindTree utilized industry standard processes such as SAP for G/L to ensure seamless integration with the overall solution. The OneShore model was employed to provide the client with a cost-effective solution with built-in scalability to meet current and future business needs.
