The Total Economic Impact of the Compuware Changepoint Solution

Overview In February 2005, Compuware commissioned Forrester Consulting to examine the total economic impact and potential Return On Investment (ROI) organizations may realize by adopting Compuware Changepoint, an IT governance and management solution. The study discussed in this paper illustrates the financial impact of implementing Compuware Changepoint within an IT organization. In conducting in-depth interviews with four existing customers, Forrester found that Compuware Changepoint allowed organizations to realize benefits in the form of cost savings from the elimination of legacy systems and redundant projects, improved resource utilization, improved project success rate, and improved IT operational efficiency.
