Inverness Capital Connects With Efficiency: A Wireless Case Study

Overview When Inverness Capital moved into a new Toronto office suite, they thought they would be able to plug into the existing CAT-5 cabling and outlets to set up their network. When they arrived, they discovered the previous tenant had made a "Midnight run" from the space, destroying the IT infrastructure Inverness Capital thought was in place. When they inquired about having the office re-wired, they were told technicians would charge $3,500 to re-fish the wiring through the walls and connect the outlets. Since the majority of the company was already working on laptops, installing a wireless network was the right choice for Inverness Capital. The installation of the wireless network was so easy, that Pozios did it himself.
