Overview Clarian Health Partners was formed in 1997 from a merger of a children's hospital, an academic health care facility and a community-based hospital. Committed to excellence in patient care, education and research, Clarian Health hospitals are considered by many to be the premier health care facilities in Indiana and the Midwest.
