MSDN Webcast: Design Patterns in .NET (Level 200)

Overview Design patterns are well known to Java developers, but have been slow to gain acceptance in the Microsoft developer community. Design patterns allow breaking down applications into common tasks and to keeping a library of code with the most efficient implementation of those tasks. This webcast looks at examples of the Observer, Factory, Composite, and Singleton patterns, and explains how these patterns work and where the developer would use them in the .NET applications.
