Webcast: Voice over IP Security

Overview It's important to understand that VoIP is vulnerable to specific types of attacks. For example, the media channel is subject to a variety of attacks, including wiretapping and media manipulation. The signaling is also vulnerable to attack, which can include misdirected or counterfeit signaling messages that may be difficult to detect. Finally, there are denial of service attacks, which can be unique to VoIP equipment. In this seminar, Global Knowledge course director and instructor Stuart McLeod covers the types of attacks and how they are executed.
