Microsoft Outlook Web Access: The Outlook Environment

Overview Electronic mail, or email, is an application that allows a user to create, send, and receive electronic messages. One can send information and receive information from users within network of computers or outside the network of computers via the Internet. Outlook contains six main components that can used to communicate with others. These components are folders and are inbox, calander, contacts, tasks list, notes and journal.
