In 2002, AstraWorld sought to implement a powerful CRM system to support their mission in providing the highest level of service to customers. At the time, Siebel was the leading CRM solution provider and AstraWorld implemented Siebel CRM with an investment of around US$ 1 million. A year following this, Astra International revamped their entire business processes by implementing SAP Business Suite.
