Al Batha Implements System to Streamline Sales Processes and Reduce Administration
Overview The Al Batha group comprises of a number of companies, operating in diverse industries. One of its companies, DITRA, a manufacturer of detergents and aerosols, wanted to streamline its operations and back office processes, due to increasing competitive pressures within the manufacturing industry. The Route Accounting Solution from Vxceed Technology was implemented, using the Microsoft .NET Framework. The solution consisted of three stages. The first was the introduction of RouteTrac, a mobile software application for use by the company's sales team. The stock inventory and customer information accessed by RouteTrac is stored on the RouteTrac Manager, forming the second stage of the solution. The final stage is the integration of RouteTrac Manager to Microsoft BizTalk server.
