In their ongoing efforts to improve customer service and reliability, they required a mobile computing solution that could optimize wireless communications for their mobile field personnel. With Mobility XE, JEA was able to provide its workers with real-time information, secure its networks and data transmissions, and allow workers to move from one network to another without losing their connection.
