Search for People in the Address Book

Overview Using the Address Book to search for people by using their name or e-mail address is the best option when one wants to immediately address an e-mail message to a specific person, people, or distribution list. One can also search for people by using other basic information, such as e-mail alias, office location, and telephone number. To search for more detailed information on one of the contacts, for example, to find all the telephone numbers available for someone, to find a fax number, or view a Web page address, Outlook Contacts offers more flexibility to locate that person and their information. Outlook Contacts has several default views to display contact information, and one can create custom views to locate, sort, and organize the contacts.
