Overview Telco's, ISPs and ASPs everywhere are seeking new ways to enter the Web 2.0 market, generate new revenue streams and differentiate themselves from their competition. At the same time, these companies are also trying to reduce customer churn and to limit the cost of new product development. Aiming at delivering a solution to address these needs, HelpCaster needed a software platform that could scale, reduce integration requirements, and could be delivered to its customers' as an embedded component of its platform. After a comprehensive market review HelpCaster Technologies selected Oracle Fusion middleware and Oracle database to build its LiveReach xSP platform.
