ONE2ONE Logistics Controls Costs and Profitability
Overview Created in 2001 from the logistics services of telecommunications company Airtel (now Vodafone), ONE2ONE Logistics delivers consignments nationwide in Spain. ONE2ONE Logistics wanted to support initial business activity covering administrative and financial areas, customer orders, and incident support and gain a flexible system, adaptable to data volume growth. The challenge was to integrate with a management system specific to the sector and increase financial control for information on project profitability and budget control. ONE2ONE Logistics worked with ATOS Origin to implement Oracle E-Business Suite applications to streamline financial activity, including billing, supplier management, analytical accounting, and fixed asset management processes. It provided administrative and financial management of one million orders and more than 1.25 million consignments annually.
