B.G. Polymers Replaces Disparate Software Systems With Integrated Enterprise Solution

Overview Founded in 1982, B.G. Polymers is the largest manufacturer of acrylic emulsions in Israel. The company wanted to avoid wasting time and resources integrating and managing a wide variety of heterogeneous software systems and replace legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that were no longer being developed and supported. The challenge was to standardize and enforce company wide business processes for greater efficiency and introduce a business management software platform that easily accommodates international expansion. The company standardized on Oracle E-Business Suite Special Edition across the company, streamlining financial management and ensuring that all business units and staff work collaboratively within the same transparent system and leveraged E-Business Suite's built-in business processes to enforce standard working practices and ensure that staff follows the same processes.
