Overview Meihua Group is one of the world's largest manufacturers of monosodium glutamate (MSG), producing approximately 400,000 metric tons a year. Meihua Group wanted to implement an integrated management platform to support new processes and development strategies and move to a single accounting system and standardized processes to shorten financial closing periods of subsidiaries. The challenge was to build a sales management platform to automate workflows, obtain real-time sales, order, and inventory information to ensure production meets market demand and streamline supply chain to reduce costs. The company improved efficiency by standardizing on a common platform, enabling management to obtain real-time performance data. It also cut account settlement time and unified financial management, resulting in greater enterprise-wide control.
